Our complete list of Available Housing (with pricing) will be posted soon, however, due to the number of inquiries, in the meantime, we've posted the list without pricing to give prospective tenants the opportunity to begin developing a list of potential houses or apartments. CLICK HERE or below.
We'll continue to post important dates & information as the first day approaches. Until then, there are some important things to remember and some things you can do to be prepared.
First; keep in mind our current tenants have the first opportunity to re-sign, therefore, the available housing list will change quite a bit leading up to the first day of leasing.
With this in mind, it's important to have several options. When determining your options, be sure to discuss your budget with your potential group members.
Other factors to discuss include whether the properties are a May-May or August-August lease, rent collection method (our rent is collected in 3 installments on all houses & some apartments), and things like parking, included utilities, and proximity to school, downtown, parks, etc.
