May Tenants:
If you are on a May to May lease you should have received your Move Out Email (& letter).
This email covers the end of the lease process for tenants moving out, tenants who are staying for another year, and even those of you moving to another one of our properties. Additionally, it details what you need to do in order to receive your deposit refund. Please review this email again in advance of your move out. If you have additional questions, give us a call or shoot us an email.
August Tenants:
You will receive a move out email & letter in the coming months, however, if you plan to move out in advance of your official move out date, please let us know.
Parking for '26-27:
We rent parking spots near Grand River & Bogue (The HUB), Grove, Charles & Hillcrest. Current HRI tenants, as well as current lessees of a spot will have the 1st right to lease/renew their spot, then on April 8th, all remaining spots will be available to the public on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
No spots will be rented to the public before 8am on 4-8-26. Note; all spot are paid up front, in full.
